shifu zi he in residence at daoshu in november 2016!
Master Rui Zi He (Jeff Reid) will be back in residence at Daoshu in the last week of November. He will be teaching two 2.5 hour masterclasses, both 19:30-22:00.
The first on 30/11/16 will focus on deepening taiji practice (working on alignment and posture). The next evening (01/12/16) he will teach a Kung Fu workshop on improving the 36 kicks in Wudang practice. See our Facebook page for full details.
We are so excited to have this warm and experienced Wudang master back with us again. He will also be running workshops at Tang Kong, in London. See the UK events page for more details

JOIN US FOR WORLD TAI CHI & QI GONG DAY:
FREE TAI JI & QI GONG IN THE PARK
The last Saturday of April every year is world tai chi and qi gong day, when people all around the world gather in local parks and halls to practice tai ji and qi gong forms in unison. A beautiful wave of energy across the world. Daoshu will be celebrating this with free tai ji and qi gong at the top of South Park in Oxford (near the clump of tall trees), April 30th, 10am-1pm. The plan is to gather as a group and practice Wudang Qi Gong and Tai Ji forms, and invite passers-by to join us. People are welcome to join for a short time or for the whole thing. If you have been interested in our school but have not managed to check-out a formal classes yet, do come down and have a chat and join in, if you like. Full details on our facebook page.

FUHU QUAN WORKSHOP WITH SHIFU ZI HE 17/01/16
OUR FIRST GUEST WUDANG MASTER JOINS DAOSHU IN OCTOBER!
Our next Five Seasons workshop will be Autumn/Metal, held on the 18th October. We will be joined by Shifu Zi He, Jeff Reid. Zi He is one of the most accomplished Westerners in the Wudang San Feng Pai tradition, having trained in Wudang under Yuan Xiu Gang for 7 years. We are very fortunate to experience his skill, expertise and warmth as a teacher. This will be Zi He's first visit to Daoshu and will pave the way for a full day workshop in 201

Sunday 21st June 2015:
Shotover Hill (meet in main car park, use contact form to request a mobile contact number). Bring your own snacks and water. Tea provided.
5:30pm-9:30pm, £5 per person
5:30-6:30: Joint-loosening, stretching and static/moving Crane Qi Gong
6:30-7: Basic techniques (1): Hand and kicking techniques from Tai Ji & Tai Yi Wuxing Quan
7-7:30: Chinese Tea
7:30-8:15: Basic techniques (2): Fa Li & Bagua Stepping. Optional Gong Fu workout (Ji Ben Quan)
8:15-Sunset (9:30): Tai He Quan Form

7th TCFE European Championship of Chinese Internal Martial Arts, Oxford
- I and my Wudang brothers from Wudang Tao UK Sheffield competed and we gained 4 Gold and 2 Silver Medals. Congratulations guys and some beautiful gong fu demonstrated, a real showcase for Wudang Arts across the categories
